This one day event provided delegates with informative evidence based presentations, with varied speakers. Gabriel McSharry, Galway based Herbalist and Anne Marie Oglesby, Clinical Risk Advisor, began the day and stimulated great interest. Other issues discussed included skin-to-skin contact after caesarean section and sterilisation of equipment. After a lively and social lunch, the delegates worked interactively on documentation, which was widely enjoyed and found to be useful.

ALCI’s next event will be on October 1st and 2nd in the Citywest Hotel, Dublin and more details will be available here shortly.
